Description
Molecular weight markers and <i>Perkinsus</i> material were run on the same gel and aligned, with corresponding gel slices numbers (1–48/60) shown on the right-hand side.
For the mitochondrially-enriched material, gels from both replicate 1 and 2 are shown. (B) Comparison of proteins identified in each repetition of the mitochondrial and the whole-cell samples. (C) Mass calibration analysis using NativeMark and Bovine mitochondrial membrane molecular weight markers.
