Differential miRNAs from aorta in ApoE-/- mice diet with high methionine

Listed in NCBI GEO

Hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) is an independent risk factor of atherosclerosis, and miRNAs are involved in atherosclerosis associated inflammation mediated by HHcy with the mechanism not well elucidated.

Description

In order to screen differential miRNAs in HHcy-induced atherosclerosis, miRNA microarray was performed in the aorta of ApoE-/- mice diet with high methionine for 25weeks.
