An odyssey to achieve live birth in a woman with persistent endometrial dysbiosis and inflammation

We present the case of a 40-year-old woman with chronic endometritis accompanied with vaginal and endometrial dysbiosis.
Description
Endometritis and dysbiosis is refractory to antibiotic treatment. Live pregnancy was achieved following antibiotic treatment spanning the entire gestational period.
