Katrina Sa'ade Letters

The materials have been digitised and exist within the Katrina Sa'ade project. Kathy Sa'ade Kenny's materials focuses on her grandmother Katrina Sa'ade Farhat.

These materials document the historical upheaval of Ottoman ruled Bethlehem, pre-revolutionary Russia, an arranged marriage during the Mexican revolution and a traumatic return to Palestine in the 1930s. Interweaving these materials are the documented lives of other family members. This collection is part of the Katrina Sa'ade Project within the Planet Bethlehem Archive (click on the Related Project link below to explore the wider project).
