Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces Materiel Management System Files

This series consists of three files: Master Asset Balance File, Due-In File, and Due-Out File. The Master Asset Balance File contains data about inventory balances including the stock number, quantity on hand and ordered, location, and other inventory and armed forces procurement codes.

The Due-In File conta ins data about depot replenishment requisitions as well as requisitions for direct delivery to a customer from an out-of-country supply source. The Due-Out File contains data about items on backorder. This data comprises government records extracted from the Archival Research Catalog (ARC).
