P2rx7 is an ATP-gated ion-channel, known to play pivotal roles in neuroinflammation and tauopathies, although its cell type specific mechanisms are yet to be elucidated.
Description
In this study we investigated the role of P2rx7 deficiency in tauopathy mouse model using PARSE Biosciences single cell (sc)RNA-seq from mouse brain tissue. This dataset is part of BioProject PRJNA1281629, which includes bulk and single-cell RNAseq experiments.
