There is a debate over intellectual property and ownership of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC), with scholars focusing on the originality and authorship of AIGC.

Description

This article intends to explore users' perception and path mechanism of AIGC ownership from the perspective of psychological ownership through experimental methods, and to assist users in annotating AI attribution rights through soft methods. Experiment 1 adopts a mixed experimental design of 3 (creative subject) × 2 (creative uniqueness), with 106 participants.

Experiment 2 adopts a mixed design of 2 (prompt word format) × 2 (information disclosure) × 2 (creative uniqueness), with the dependent variables being users' psychological ownership of AIGC and AI attribution intention. The number of participants is 135.
