Listed in Harvard Dataverse

Description

Using chorus as the example, the project focuses on several dimensions in social ties: relationships among various groups, ties among members within the groups, and connections between group members and their own personal networks. Empirical data include a census of chorus groups, a sampling survey of group members from 47 choruses (n=1154), in-depth interviews with chorus leaders and members, and participant observation in various choruses.
