Temporal transcriptome analysis of transplanted human cells and chicken neighboring cells

To analyze gene expression dynamics of human NECs after transplantation, we isolated these cells and the surrounding chicken cells at 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 17 days post transplantation and investigated their gene expression using RNA-seq.
