<p>Donor-dependent gene induction of <i>CXCL10, CCL5, IL15, IL12A,</i> and <i>IFI16</i> in response to 1.0 U/mL IFNγ in primary keratinocytes derived from HSV-2 seropositive donors (n = 10 donors with 3 replicates per donor, A-F).
Description
Keratinocytes were treated with 1.0 U/mL IFNγ and collected 4 hours post-treatment for quantitative RT-PCR analysis <b>(A-F)</b>. Target gene expression relative to matched mock-treated cells was normalized to β-actin. <b>(A)</b> Geometric mean fold change in gene expression following IFNγ treatment.
Error bars represent one standard deviation. Symbols represent the geometric mean of three replicates for each donor. <b>(B—F)</b> Geometric mean and standard deviation of log fold change gene induction for <i>CXCL10, IL15, IL12A, CCL5,</i> and <i>IFI16</i> relative to untreated cells.</p>
