After excluding 23 non-specific proteins found in the control group, six candidate interacting proteins were identified in the experimental group. A distinct band was observed in the IP fraction corresponding to the interaction between NHRE3 and ISG15. (F) Colocalization analysis was performed 24 h after co-transfection of pGFP-NHRE3 and pmCherry-ISG15 in CIK cells. Confocal microscopy revealed cytoplasmic colocalization, which was confirmed by analysis using the ImageJ Colocalization Finder plugin, yielding a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.57.

All experiments were repeated for at least three times with similar results.</p>
