gom15ctr: Construction of Digital Bathymetry for the Gulf of Maine

The U.S. Geological Survey is conducting studies of the sea floor geology in the Gulf of Maine and along the New England Shelf that provide geologic framework information for habitat, resource, and environmental studies.

These data were reprojected from their native projection into North American Datum 1983 (NAD83) / Massachusetts State Plane coordinate system, Mainland Zone (Fipszone 2001) meters by the Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management on June 26, 2006.
