Rapid Recall Micro-Video Bank (RRMVB) is a personalized neuro-visual microlearning framework in which medical learners create self-narrated ultra-short (20–120 second) concept videos and store them in an emoji-tagged digital repository for instant recall.
Description
By integrating visual, auditory and motor memory encoding, RRMVB establishes a Neuro-Tri-Coding memory effect that significantly improves retention, reduces exam-time panic, and accelerates revision efficiency.
The framework is designed to prevent memory blanking, minimize burnout, and provide a structured rapid-revision system for MBBS students, postgraduate aspirants and clinical trainees. RRMVB represents a novel learner-generated digital memory bank model for medical education.
