Fungi of Odoardo Beccari's Malesian Herbarium

These include fungi mainly collected by Beccari himself between 1865 and 1878 in Australasia, namely in Indonesia (Sumatra and Maluku), Malaysia (N Borneo) and Timor Leste, with few additional specimens collected by Johannes Elias Teijsmann and belonging to FI-HB as well. The collection also includes, due to historical reasons, those specimens which had been provisionally identified as fungi (lichens excluded), even if they then turned out to represent different organisms (insects gall, lichens and others).
