Figure 5 data Includes: -Panel A, original and cropped Example images_Fig5B. mc3: mCerulean3; img: image; ven: Venus; ven_img: Image of Venus channel; mC3_img: the image of mCerulean3 channel; mito_img: the image of Red channel; ROI: region of interest; Flim_weighted: image created by weighting the intensity of the lifetime data displayed on a colour scale by the expression (intensity) of the mCerulean3-tagged donor; mc3_lifetime_with_colorbar: the lifetime prior to weighting; mc3_roimap: segmentation map, where ROIs were selected on the donor channel (see "Donor Image Segmentation" in the main text); mito: indicates that segmentation method was MitoRed image segmentation (selecting mitochondria-like ROIs based on mitotracker Red channel). -Panel B, FLIM-FRET data from 3 biological replicates. 2 segmentation approaches were applied.
