DSM2 V8.2.0b1 release applies the daily DCD v1.0 channel depletions.
Description
Main differences with DSM2 V8.1.2 release: 1. DCD v1.0 daily channel depletions, including diversions, drainages, and seepages, replace the monthly values produced by DICU. 2.
The sizes of the arrays related to channel depletions in DSM2 code have been expanded to load the daily data instead of the monthly data. Hydro and Qual have been recomplied accordingly. 3. The dispersion coefficients in the conflunence area of Sacramento River and San Joaquin River have been adjusted due to the new daily channal depletions. 4.
