The file includes SNP-splicing phenotype associations for significant intron clusters, filtered to retain associations where the nominal p value is less than or equal to the cluster-level q value. Genomic coordinates are based on hg19.</p><p dir="ltr">Each row represents one SNP-splicing phenotype association.

The splicing phenotype identifier includes chromosome, start, end, intron cluster ID, strand, and Ensembl gene ID. The file includes variant position, variant ID, phenotype ID, effect size, standard error, nominal p value, sample size, gene ID, and gene name.</p>
