This includes: a Microsoft Excel file for use in eliciting beliefs (S1 File), R code for analysis of standalone survey (S2 File), R code for analysis of repeated surveys (S3 File), R utility functions for analysis of standalone and repeated surveys (S4 File), a CSV file containing paired serological status data from the first and last surveys of the Medellin study (S5 file), and a estimation of the force of infection in the Medellin study (S1 Figure).
