Single-cell transcriptomic and TCR profiling of long-term persisting CD19 CAR-T cells from patient peripheral blood

Listed in NCBI GEO

This study profiles patient peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) enriched for CAR-T cells using the 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell 5′ platform.

Description

Two PBMC samples — peak patient #21 and year 9.3 patient #21 — were analyzed. Both gene expression (GEX) and T cell receptor (TCR V(D)J) libraries were prepared and sequenced on the Illumina NextSeq 2000 system.

Processed data include filtered count matrices and clonotype annotation tables for downstream reanalysis.
