Description
The aim of the conference was to better understand the role women play in peacebuilding and reconstruction efforts. Presentations are organized under the following themes: human rights and human security; the impact of armed conflict on women's lives; from armed conflict to peace: women's testimonies; collective strategies for peace and security; democracy and peacebuilding; and women, peacebuilding and foreign policy.
