Building resilience in vulnerable coastal communities with the Southeast Water Level Network Initiative

Southeast Coastal Ocean Observing Regional Association launched the Southeast Water Level Network in 2021 to address these challenges, partnering with academic, federal, nonprofit, and commercial organizations to install and operate lower-cost, real-time water level stations.
