List of significantly over-represented GO terms in the predicted secreted proteins of M. enterolobii.
Description
We used a gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) to identify significantly overrepresented gene ontology (GO) terms in the set of predicted secreted proteins in comparison to the rest of the proteins. We considered as significantly overrepresented, the GO terms that returned a false discovery rate (FDR) value <0.05 in one-tailed Fisher’s exact test.
We identified 49 overrepresented GO ‘slim’ terms in the predicted secreted proteins
