Description
ICC analysis shows the total number of lysosomes (B) per TH(+) neuron and the cellular distribution of the LAMP2(+) lysosomes at the membrane (C), and at the cytoplasm (D). Raw values for CTR (i.e., 100%); Lysosomes at membrane of TH(+) neurons = 106 ± 5.0 mm<sup>2</sup>; Lysosomes in cytoplasm of TH(+) neurons = 111 ± 6.1 mm<sup>2</sup>; Total lysosomes in TH(+) neurons = 217 ± 7.4 mm<sup>2</sup>.
Results are expressed as % of CTR. Each bar represents the mean ± SEM, Student t-test, *p < 0.05, (n = 4-6 / group).</p>
