At center, a man wearing a long-sleeved shirt with rolled-up sleeves and glasses faces away from the camera. The man leans over a rectangular table with a large schematic at its center.

Various objects have been placed around the edges of the schematic. At its center, a compass can be seen beside a large protractor. The man traces over the edge of the protractor with an object in his right hand.
