Description
The storm drain site lies in a trench extending from the left foreground to the center distance. Men stand on top of the concrete box section while others stand on the land above on either side.
Ladders reach into the trench from the land on either side. Neat piles of supplies lie next to the top of a ladder in the right foreground.
