Dataset of the first de novo transcriptome assembly of of Typhonium flagelliforme

The RNA-seq data was collected from three bulk sections of the leaf of keladi tikus (Typhonium flagelliforme), representing a comprehensive set of transcriptome data from the primary, secondary, and tertiary tuber produced by six-month-old plants.
