Description
ARC documentation states that: This Theme is a subset of the ARC Census Tracts Theme (CEN_TRCT) which was derived from the U.S. Census Bureau. The geographic extent of this Theme includes ARC's 10 counties plus the counties of Pickens, Bartow, Forsyth, Barrow, Paulding, Walton, Carroll, Newton, Coweta, and Spalding.
