Replication data for: Seasonal changes in the diet of the bloody cockle (Senilia senilis) along the Sine Saloum inverse estuary

The dataset contains the proportions of 68 fatty acids and 10 sterols obtained from the digestive glands of the cockles, as well as the carbon and nitrogen isotopic composition values obtained from their adductor muscles.

Some environmental data measured during the collection process are provided, including salinity, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity and chlorophyll-a concentrations. The abundances of planktonic groups, collected during sampling, are also indicated in a second table.
