Description
This dataset contains genotyping data from a wheat doubled haploid (DH3) population consisting of 111 lines, developed at HUN-REN ATK, Martonvásár. Population name: DH3 population.
Parents: A302: USU-Apogee (HUTO20313); A305: Klein-Gladiator (HUTO23868). Genotyping platform: 25K iSelect SNP array, developed by TraitGenetics GmbH, Gatersleben, Germany.
