Cyber Diplomacy 2024

This study argues that there is a number of integrated factors, that pushed together to reach for the Israeli - Emirati cyber diplomacy.
Description
These factors are: the Israeli cyber power, the UAE digital transformation, the cyber threats facing the UAE, the weakness and fragility of Arab regimes, the American pressure and the threat of Iran and its proxies, and it is not only driven by the security obsession. The research in this study was conducted using qualitative research methods.
According to Creswell, qualitative research is primarily Inductive, with researchers deriving meaning from data collected in the field. (Creswell,2003, p.9) Data is gathered from various library sources, including reports, journals, and reliable news outlets, classifying this research as a literature study. In qualitative research, the aim is to uncover the meaning, process, and context of the behavior or social event being observed.

(Ugwu & Chinyere, 2023) This type of research is exploratory and seeks to explain the 'how' and 'why' of a social phenomenon within a specific context. The other method was conducted using the Content Analysis approach, according to Krippendorff, content analysis is potentially one of the most important research techniques in the social sciences. The content analyst views data as representations not of physical events but of texts, images, and expressions that are created to be seen, read, interpreted, and acted on for their meanings, and must therefore be analyzed with such uses in mind.
