DPIA Pre-Screens (Data Privacy Impact Assessments)

It should be carried out before any new data processing starts (or if the processing is already happening, before a change that will involve a high risk to individuals starts). In many cases the pre-screen is sufficient to assess and manage any risks and a full assessment is not required.
