The relationship between every two factors can be divided into four categories:(1) when factor a has a direct impact on factor b, but factor b has no direct impact on factor a, (a, b), and (b, a) in the adjacency matrix become 1 and 0, respectively.(2) When factor A has no direct effect on factor B, while factor B has a direct impact on factor A, (A, b) and (b, a) in the adjacency matrix become 0 and 1, respectively.(3) When there is no relationship between factors A and B, and the change of one factor does not affect the other, the entries (A, b) and (b, a) in the adjacency matrix become 0.(4) When factor A has a direct impact on factor B, entries (a, b) and (b, a) in the adjacency matrix become 1.
