Survey of Air Traffic Controller Supervisors

This series contains survey response data on controllers who took training through the Aeronautical Center. Response data was captured on two forms, identified as Form A and Form B. Form A data includes biographical data including subject identification number, study group that includes air traffic controllers located enroute and at terminals, date of birth, region, facility type, current job, promotion dates and grade, job transfer data, hours of sick leave used per year, symptoms, disciplinary actions, separation type codes, date of separation, and performance ratings.

Form B data contains data on performance ratings. This data comprises government records extracted from the Archival Research Catalog (ARC). See the ARC catalog entry for this series for more information on this data and how to order it.
