<p dir="ltr">In a two-mediator model, approximately 58% of the improvement in sleep observed with elinzanetant in pooled data from four randomized clinical trials (OASIS-1, OAIS-2, OASIS-3, and NIRVANA) was direct, unrelated to reductions in nighttime VMS frequency or severity.
Description
The indirect effect (42% of total effect) was mediated more by frequency than severity (2:1 ratio). These findings highlight elinzanetant's potential to improve sleep through mechanisms beyond VMS alleviation.</p>
