Description
Females common hamster reproduction and body temperature were monitored in laboratory conditions (n = 19, in Strasbourg) and mesocosm (n = 123, in Ittenheim), Alsace, France. The monitoring was conducted during 2022 to 2025 reproductive seasons (April - September).
The aim of the article is to identify a parturition-specific variation in body temperature and how this signal is impacted by litter characteristics. This Dataset contains 6 documents: - The present READ.ME file - Six independent Datasets (.csv) - One R script (.R) The files content is detailed in the READ_ME.txt file.
