Datasets avoided by staying up all night under high-pressure academic environment

Therefore, this study collected relevant data through a questionnaire survey to analyze the association patterns between sleep deprivation behavior, task avoidance tendencies, and emotional experiences. The research subjects were primarily graduate students, focusing on second-year master's students, while also including some students from different master's and doctoral programs to ensure sample representativeness. The data included basic demographic information, characteristics of sleep deprivation behavior, degree of task aversion, emotional experiences, and procrastination behavior.

This dataset can provide empirical evidence for understanding the behavioral regulation mechanisms of students under high-pressure academic environments and provide a reference for the development of mental health intervention and academic support strategies in universities.
