A Cross-Country Database for Sector Investment and Capital

The authors present a new database of investment and capital for the agricultural and manufacturing sectors and for the general economies of 62 developed and developing countries for the years 1967-1992.
Description
A common method is used in the calculations, which facilitates comparisons among countries and sectors. For detailed information on data sources on investment and the method used to convert the investment series to capital stock series, see World Bank Policy Research Working Paper No. 2013.
