However, about the research on effectiveness determinants and measurement of human resource management in Taiwan was seldom conducted. therefore, we consider that this research would be necessary. Rusults from out survey showed that the changed of macro and micro environment posture will influnce the Human Resource Management concept of enterprises in Taiwan.
In addition, CEO\'s concept about HRM also influnce the Human Resource Management concept of enterprises in Taiwan. Besides, the hierarchy of product or sevice innovation will influnce human resource management planning and the operation hierarchy of HRM. The HRM concept are the determinant of HRM practices.
