This paper provides an account of the food assistance operations in Benaco camp, Tanzania, following the influx of Rwandan refugees into the country.
Description
It gives a preliminary assessment of the factors contributing to the comparative success of the operation and examines the issues from the Benaco experience which are pertinent to other situations.
