Spleen and placenta T cells in pregnancy and post partum and SFB infection [I39]

Listed in NCBI GEO

This study is part of the immgenT Open Source Project, specifically from IGT39, which focuses on characterizing T cells from spleen- and placenta during pregnancy and postpartum states of SFB colonized mice.

Description

T cells were isolated from the uterus or decidua and spleen of female C57BL/6J mice (16 weeks old, wild-type), either virgin or at defined stages of pregnancy (E6.5, E12.5, E18.5) and at 30 days postpartum (30dpp).

Mice were cohoused with segmented filamentous bacteria (SFB)-colonized Taconic mice for 2 weeks prior to timed matings. All samples derived from pooled mice.
