Deletion of Fpr2 in splenic macrophages

We sought to understand the basal role of Fpr2 in maintenance of splenic macrophages.
Description
Using mice deficient in Fpr2, we isolated macrophages from spleens and subjected the cells to bulk RNA-sequencing.
