RNA-seq of human platelets and platelet derived extracellular vesicles (EV)

To determine the transcriptomic (mRNA and microRNA) content present in platelets and platelet derived extracellular vesicles (EV) we used RNA-Seq approach.
Description
The goal was to determine if the transcriptomic cargo carried by platelet derived extracellular vesicles is different than that of the fresh platelets.
