Additional data for: Extraordinary Evidence: Synthesis of High Purity Peptides Using Sub-Stoichiometric Amino Acids on a Variable Bed Flow Reactor

The first is .csv data for the LC-MS analyses of the peptides. The second is instrumental data from the VBFR showing and monitoring fluorescence of the Fmoc group from the outflow of the column, and the volume of the column, as a function of time over the synthesis.

README instructions: This repository provides raw data generated by the Vapourtec RS-500 – Solid phase peptide synthesis system for each one of the experiments performed in such as .csv files. That data has been analyzed in the Excel file on the main root folder (Data analyzer and graph generator.xlsx). In order to use that file, you need to copy all the information on the .csv and paste in the PASTE DATA HERE sheet which will create a graph that will automatically analyze the Fmoc deprotection percentage in each cycle.
