IWC immunization induces reprogramming of AMs via chromatin remodeling
Listed in NCBI GEO
We found the IWC of Acinetobacter baumannii intranasal immunization could induce alveolar macrophases training to exert the protection for bacterial infection.
Description
To characterize the epigenetic landscape of IWC treated TR-AMs and CD13+ cell derived AMs, we performed bulk ATAC-seq from these cells to see the epigenetic programming.
