Nansen Legacy Benthic Foraminifera Biodiversity

This dataset contains data on benthic foraminiferal species collected during five expeditions between 2018 and 2022 on the continental margin of the northern Barents Sea.
Description
Sediment surface samples were taken with a box corer, covering a water depth range of 186 to 3604 m. The generated datasets presented here comprise occurrence and density (individuals per 10 cm-2) records of benthic foraminifera from 61 samples with seasonal resolution.
