MALDI_data.zip: Data matrices of our spatial metabolomics data. 2111genes_metabolism_gene_list.txt: 2111 genes used that are associated with metabolic processes. RSEQC_log.txt: RSeQC output file in data preprocessing. macs2_output.zip: Peak calling output files (both for 189184 features and for peak calling on individual clusters).
