Each data item of the national Health Management Information System (HMIS) as totalled from facility reports, set against the same item as totalled by the district, one file per district or state per year from 2008-09 to 2016-17.
Description
Published by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. A reconciliation aid: where the two totals differ, the gap points to a reporting or consolidation problem to follow up.
