Original data for the paper "Digital Economy and Regional Innovation: The Efficiency Paradox Under Dual Growth of Input and Output"

The Digital Financial Inclusion Index is sourced from the Digital Finance Research Center of Peking University. Other data are obtained from the China Statistical Yearbook, the China Statistical Yearbook on Science and Technology, the China Torch Statistical Yearbook, the China City Statistical Yearbook, the China Statistical Information Yearbook, as well as official websites such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, and Taobao Village–Ali Research Institute.

The number of demonstration bases for agricultural and rural informatization is compiled from publicly available online sources. Using Python software, we perform word segmentation on government work reports and count the frequency of terms related to digital economy policy, thereby constructing a proxy variable for digital economy policy.
