Mitarbeitende des Projekts „Arbeiten – wie ich es will!“ haben im Oktober 2025 einen Workshop durchgeführt, um das eigene Bedarfsanalyseinstrument zur Unterstützung bei der Berufsorientierung zu testen und Materialien zur beruflichen Orientierung und Teilhabe weiterzuentwickeln.
Description
Gemeinsam mit Pädagog:innen wurden der aktuelle Praxiseinsatz reflektiert sowie die Informationsbedarfe verschiedener Zielgruppen und deren Unterstützungspersonen analysiert.
Die Ergebnisse helfen dabei, bestehende Hürden abzubauen und den Zugang zu Angeboten der beruflichen Orientierung nachhaltig zu verbessern.
