The Meanings and Backgrounds of Internationalizing: A Comparison among Different Chinese Society

From these resents we can develop the recommendations for the school to improve the internationalization of their management education. The paper will include two parts.

First, we construct a 56 items scale for measuring competency on Chinese and investigate its reliability and validity from 505 employee subjects. Second, we measure 404 China\'s , Hong Kong\'s and Taiwan\'s administration students to compare their international competency, it indicates that the correlation among international foreign experiences and foreign language were significant.
